Current Employee – been working at The Zappos Family
Pros – Zappos.com is a great place to work. I would highly recommend it to anyone starting out in the Information Technology field.
Cons – Some of the cons would be that Amazon has recently bought out Zappos which has thrown the company into a bit of a turmoil. Still great to work at but a little bit of confusion.
Advice to Senior Management – Only real advice would be to not let the company culture get changed. The company is a great place to work for and I'm glad I've worked there for so long.
