Fun, but very stressful. Employees are treated great and fairly if not in sales.

Pros

Great people, Ceo threw alot of celebration parties. Good benefits and salary.

Cons

As a rep, goals were unattainable. It is a 100% cold calling job. Favortism with reps.

    Pros

Unlimited vacation, decent benefits, and fun people. TheLadders goes above and beyond to support employee morale. If you're of the management level, you have the opportunity to grow and make a name for yourself.

    Cons

Extremely political, almost high school clique-ish. If you're not in the 'in crowd', or if you come in at an entry level position, you are pretty much screwed. Reviews are very biased and executive management don't seem to care or be willing to do anything about it. Company has very bad reputation, was not proud of my answer when people asked where I worked.

    Advice to Management

Act more like management and less like kids who are trying to be cool.

  2. Great company if you are not in sales

    Pros

    Great benes, perks, casual enviornment

    Cons

I was in sales and it was a young group in terms of how long its been in place. lots of turnover and needs more stability. There were many times when the longer tenured reps would steal accounts and get away with it and mgmt would look the other way simply b/c the money is be made.

    Advice to Management

Great company, but the sales structure needs more stability
