    I worked at TheLadders full-time

    Pros

There are a lot of friendly, smart people working at TheLadders. Unfortunately, the management team lacks experience, and projects are cut. Rough attempts at establishing a unified vision ultimately affect team morale, and even jobs.

    Cons

Indecision about the company's business goals creates an unstable culture. Many employees leave for better opportunities, sometimes just one year of working there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Become more organized: share a collective corporate vision and execute it thoroughly. Invest more in your company's culture too by crafting stronger talent development plans.
