    Pros

Great learning experience and nice and smart coworkers

    Cons

Mid-level Management are young so they are also trying to learn how to be good managers. Some are great individuals but terrible leaders. Culture is quite cliquey.

    Advice to Management

    Provide more guidance and leadership.

    Pros

There are a lot of friendly, smart people working at TheLadders. Unfortunately, the management team lacks experience, and projects are cut. Rough attempts at establishing a unified vision ultimately affect team morale, and even jobs.

    Cons

Indecision about the company's business goals creates an unstable culture. Many employees leave for better opportunities, sometimes just one year of working there.

    Advice to Management

Become more organized: share a collective corporate vision and execute it thoroughly. Invest more in your company's culture too by crafting stronger talent development plans.
