I have been working at TheLadders.com full-time for more than 3 years

ProsFree food and lots of swag. Open start up type environment.

ConsPay is not high. Company at times seemed to mismanage and waste money.

Advice to Senior ManagementCutting back on unnecessary expenses and raising salaries will pay off in the long run.

Really Smart People. Lacking Direction

Pros: The people at the company are amazing. This is a place full of smart, cool and friendly people who are honestly trying to do great… Cons: The leadership team is young, passionate and inexperienced.
