Good benefits, difficult to advance

ProsGood benefits and you can find good divisions to work.

ConsAs with most large corporations, there is a lot of political issues to deal with. Advancement is difficult if you don't work hard at it.

Advice to Senior ManagementWhen talent is identified, do your best to retain it or they may walk out the door. Too many excuses for not rewarding employees and no incentive to work hard. Everyone shouldn't receive the same merit increase.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
