Thermo Fisher Scientific – “surprised by all the negative reviews, but outside sales is WONDERFUL”

Pros

Well known profitable, stable company. Raises given out yearly, company car, computer, great benefits. In my experience my manger is wonderful, gives recognition for a job well done. I'm allowed to work freely without a big brother. Access to diverse portfolio.

Cons

Large company which at time difficult to navigate. At time unrealistic sales expectations especially in competitive situations in this economy.

Advice to Senior Management

Overall the management I've dealt with has been great. Updated phones and laptops would be nice.
