    Pros

Formal, politically correct environment. Plenty of very talented co-workers. Decent benefits and PTO policy.

    Cons

Amazingly inadequate information systems and support. HR preaches role model leadership, but management only employes it to protect deep company pockets. No real mentoring, coaching or training opportunities. Leadership will take no risks that jeopardize personal upward mobility.

    Advice to Management

Get sincere and genuine with role model leadership. Stop treating head count as primarily obstacle to profits.

    Pros

THe work is fun, and lots of new products. Your pay is related to your ability to drive sales. Good Benefits package and nationally recognized company.

    Cons

Stil working on an archeaic information system. Lack of marketing and technology compared to other industries. If this is your first job compensation is ok but you can do much better if you ahve a good salary to negotiate up to.

    Advice to Management

Recruiting out of college is great, but put a plan in place to keep good people as they grow each year (compensation). it is expensive to lose and retrain good talent.
