    Pros: -Is A Creative Outlet -Fun fellow co-workers -Discount is good Cons: -Not anywhere near enough training for any position, even manager. -High Stress!!!!! -No breaks, often go without lunch/dinner -Hard to even use bathroom at times, and on single… Advice to Senior Management: LISTEN to your people. They tell you over and over again about training hours, needing more hours for payroll, lack of work/life balance, etc... Don't… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
