Pros

Engraving is really fun. If you're good at selling stuff than you'll love this place.

Cons

EXTREMELY pushy sales tactics, Single shifts (Sell & Engrave), No advancement.

Advice to Management

The company is crazy for raising the cost of engraving. The company pushes you to sell so many things to customers in one transaction. Every sale you're suppose to offer a premium font, a design, a flashlight, and rewards card. Engraving is $3, a premium font is $5. Designs usually ranged from $6 to $9, a rewards card is $10 and flashlight is $15.

    Pros

    Extra money in my pocket

    Cons

The ADP card is a rip off for seasonal workers, I am not using it until I find a new job and take my saved money out
My manager jumps the gun on write ups for sales, not bad work ethic.
I went in with previous retail experience and am still only getting minimun wage.
No set breaks, HATE misleading customers, somehow scheduling is always messed up

    Advice to Management

Seasonal workers are still employees. Managers may love their jobs, but sales associates do not

    Pros

Loved engraving things for people and was good at my job.

    Cons

Horrible manager "Sara". Would only have me come to work so she could go on her lunch break.

    Advice to Management

Pay attention to who you are hiring. Someone didn't do a good job hiring Sara.
