    Pros

Environment is very progressive and open, with lots of room for opportunity and growth. Recruiters focus on top talents and it shows.

    Cons

Fast paced and constantly changing, which makes the job a bit stressful for people not used to this type of environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Best employees may not make the best managers. They need to develop emotional intelligence with training and experience.

I have had one of the worst job experiences at Think Finance.

    Pros

Other than the salary, there isn't anything else.

    Cons

Working in the Micromanaged Call Center was a living nightmare. Everyone has 3 team leads, 3 supervisors and 1 manager whose only job there is to participate in nonsense. Everyone is expected to learn and memorize a lot of material in 24 hours or less. Everyone is expected to perform at 125% every minute of the hour and expected to be or become an outgoing and upbeat type of person. If it is not in your personality, then they will apply all kinds of pressure and create all kinds of tension to either make you quit on your own or find a petty reason to get rid of you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

"We think, we learn and we grow together as a TEAM"? Not true at all.

I was the top performer of my class and I was punished for thinking, learning and growing at my own pace. At the end of it all, management couldn't even give me a reason for letting me go. The call center environment is a very cut throat type of working environment due to the competitive nature (employee versus employee) and their non caring attitudes towards co-workers who are in need of extra training or help. Stop putting pressure on employees that just want to do a good job!
