I have been working at Thomas Cook as a contractor for less than a year

Pros

Joined at a time when the company is going through a major transformation. I am helping them to undergo and come to terms with that change.

Cons

The office envirionment in Peterborough is a series of old warehouses. Fine inside but they don't look good from the outside
