Former Employee - Senior Manager in London, England (UK)

I worked at Thomas Cook full-time (less than an year)

Pros

-Brand that needs no introduction at all
-opportunity to influence the commerce platform upgrade and e-business strategy

Cons

-I worked at the headoffice in London and the lack of communication between departments was frustrating.
-A lot of investment into IT, eCommerce and Marketing could be saved if there was more unity and team work

Advice to ManagementAdvice

-Open your eyes and review your IT team and its infrastructure you could save on your bills by hiring professionals and not outsourcing to someone who knows nothing.
