Pros

Well,
the soft pretzels are nice.
They do allow you to bail out early or come in late if you have a doctors appointment or some other personal issue.
My co-workers are the only reason to come into the office. We are our own support system.

Cons

Our big dog has no idea how to sell our services. He just wants phone calls made and talk time up.
He has never encountered customer objections and he more or less reads from a script.

You get a 2 week honeymoon when you start then the honeymoon is over. Good solid employees are jumping ship faster than billy zane did in the titanic.

If you are in the bottom 2 positions in the sales rankings expect a special "letter".

To the new employees, keep looking.

Advice to Senior Management

Hop on the phone yourself for week, heck even a day. See what its like. Then maybe you will respect what we do and you will be more of an asset to us.
