Former Employee – worked at Thompson Pump

Pros – the type of work we did was the best alway in a differnt place every day seeing differnt types of jobs.

Cons – the company only cares about making money not the employees. They expect the employees to share the burden of business but get very few rewards for doing so. They operate like they are going out of business tomorrow.

Advice to Senior Management – Be more involved in the daily activity at all your branches not just the next big jobs. Get to know your employees and whats best for them and not what you think is best.
