“Poor company culture with management only interested in their own income.”
I worked at Thompson Technologies full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – 1) Receive a pay check.
2) Convenient location
3) restaurants and Wal-Mart nearby
Cons – 1) Receive a pay check from Thompson.
2) There really are too many to mention. The culture is a top down culture that has little to any regard or respect for those under the top 2 or 3 employees. I have never worked at a place that was so "religious" in word and so 'hypocritical" in every day practices.
Advice to Senior Management – Sell company or hire honest, ethical management team.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
