    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Westlaw is the leader in the industry. I was always proud to say that I worked for such a fine company. They were a company of honesty and integrity. The products are the best, which made our jobs so much easier b/c you knew that your clients were getting value out of their purchases.

    Cons

Unfortunately, the company changed drastically. They do not value their employees at all. They try to squeeze every penny out of an account with no honesty nor integrity. The management team was unbelievably biased. The New York office was perverse. It seemed that the only way to get ahead was to screw your co-workers. The smart, savvy employees were eliminated and the people with little talent were promoted. The management rewarded lying and cheating.

    Advice to Management

Customers are noticing the change in the company. They are noticing that they are being charged too much and not getting the value anymore. They notice the lack of customer support and service. They feel taken advantage of.
