I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Excellent Salary
Great global company
Great city locations
Cons – No Talent Management
Lack of direction
Extremely political and skewed to ex Thomson senior leadership
Advice to Senior Management – Need to stop so much change in the markets division
Need to have stronger Talent Management programs
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
