Good Pay as a contractor

Cons

Limited involvement due to being a contractor despite holding the role for a number of years Too much reliance on contractors meaning talent and knowledge lost reguarly

Advice to Management

Hire people for the long term, not to fill gaps

    Pros

    They seem to recruit well. Most of colleagues are wonderful, intelligent people.

    Cons

    Hign turnover, management always changing, lower on pay scale, many times the right hand doesn't know what the left has done.

    Advice to Management

    implement 360 reviews for all management.
