    Pros

-Fair pay provided you move around in the company to stay in touch with the market rates.
-Many opportunities for career change and advancement if you are mobile.
-Strong review process and management training.

    Cons

-This company lay's off employees all the time and because they spread it out over the year no one realizes how many employees are actually let go.
-The dirty little secret about this company is that they constantly reorganize the business and never give the last reorganization a chance to work. Some of the changes they make are similar to past reorganizations.
-Their idea of a raise is 0-1% for the last several years, no matter how hard you worked. The whole time they report record profits.
-It is all about the current year win and no one cares about the future unless you are not in management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The culture needs to change, this used to be an employer of choice and in the last 4-5 years it has become a horrible place for anyone to work.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
