No advancement, no raises, no compensation, long hours

Consultant (Current Employee)
Nashville, TN

I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time for more than 3 years

ProsThe people I directly work with are like family.

ConsAlmost 5 years in and no promotion, even though promises have been made over and over again. There is a lot of favortism. Only 1 raise in 5 years. Bonuses are a joke. Work on average 50-70 hours a week.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
