Pros

-Company culture is very 'family' like - despite being a highly matrixed organization
-International atmosphere means you get to work with people from all over the world
-(London Canary Wharf office) has a very friendly atmosphere and amazing building layout
-Great work/life balance
-upper management is approachable

Cons

-Numerous recent restructures mean many layoffs, loss of good people and less than happy employees

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Choose a direction/structure and stick to it to resolve employee confusion and dissatisfaction.

    Met great minds and enthusiastic technical developers and architects.Lot of motivation can be drawn from them.

    Cons

    a bit lack of coordination between Onsite and offshore.

    interesting work but not useful to really many people

    Cons

    It was hard to justify that what you are doing makes any difference to anyone.

    sell off assets that aren't core to the business.
