ProsGot to work on different projects that was going on over the summer. Was given the opportunity to update and automate different systems.

ConsThe different projects became repetitive and boring after a while

Pros: There are genuinely nice and talented people that work here (at least, at the lower levels). The work-life balance is pretty good and most… Cons: Upper management does not know or care about what is going on at the lower level at all. Politics runs… Advice to Senior Management: Stop giving lip-service about talent management and actually manage your… – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
