Pros

It's a great company where you get a lot of flexibilities and to be able to have a work life balance environment

Cons

In recent years, there are too many rounds of restructures. It's good to restructure and to keep up with the current market conditions, but the restructures happened in the last few years appeared to be that the management is doing the trial and error, which resulted huge wastes of resources, money, customers..etc.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get the strategies right! Too many hierarchies in the company, from a frontline staff all the way to CEO is 7 layers, not allowing decisions to make quickly, timely, which looses opportunities.

    Pros

Employees don't have to work hard because managers have no clue what their direct reports are doing.

    Cons

Company cannot compete with Bloomberg due to incompetent management, causing continual loss of revenue, ongoing staff reductions, and no company morale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Identify all middle and senior managers who were responsible for Xtra not being competitive, and who were permitted to make the same mistakes with Eikon. Once identified, fire them summarily because they are the cancer that is killing the company.
