Pros

It's a great company where you get a lot of flexibilities and to be able to have a work life balance environment

Cons

In recent years, there are too many rounds of restructures. It's good to restructure and to keep up with the current market conditions, but the restructures happened in the last few years appeared to be that the management is doing the trial and error, which resulted huge wastes of resources, money, customers..etc.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get the strategies right! Too many hierarchies in the company, from a frontline staff all the way to CEO is 7 layers, not allowing decisions to make quickly, timely, which looses opportunities.

    Pros

    A fairly well-respected brand. Decent work/life balance.

    Cons

Lots of recent layoffs have led to low morale. Eikon platform has not sold well, and company is still pouring ridiculous money into it with little oversight. Non-Eikon projects are poorly resourced and overscrutinized. Very difficult atmosphere for one to succeed in.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the marketplace, not just to the board of directors.

    Disapproves of CEO
