I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The company has a very flexible work schedule - easy to work from home when needed, or adjust hours as needed.

    Cons

The company has low pay compared to the competition as well as vs your peers, very high cost / low coverage healthcare, extremely low employee morale, high turnover (voluntary or involuntary).

I worked at Thomson Reuters full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

You have the cushion of benefits (medical, dental, life insurance, 401k, stock options, etc) and vacation.
The people that are full time are good people. I've only ever worked with courteous and professional people there.
Working from home part time is an option for some groups.

    Cons

    No room for career growth
    Salary is mediocre
Your chances of getting laid off are high if you are in the Finance organization

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
