    Pros

    - Carefree atmosphere, do what you want there no body will ask you - If you want to become a lawyer in the future you can learn something here

    Cons

    - Worst place on earth to work here, it is a horrible place full of politics and regionalism - Somehow many Andhra people got recruited here and everyone here speaks in Telugu - If you don't know or understand Telugu here, people will make fun of you - No professionalism here, people act like thugs - Work is very little, no coding or development work just maintaining web servers - Very old technology to work with, most of it is obsolete in the industry

    Advice to Management

Thomson Reuters is an excellent company but be very careful about West Law/Legal, Novus division. Never join this department else you will regret a lot.

    Pros

Benefits are great and the working environment is healthy. The management listens to the employees and provides necessary answers if the issues being raised are justified.

    Cons

The structure must be designed in way that everyone can climb up the ladder of promotion. Through this, attrition rate can be lessened since there is a since of contentment on the part of employees through efforts' recognition.

    Advice to Management

Please continue to provide the shuttle service since McKinley location is not that convenient for public transpo.
