Good company to work for

Proswork/life balance is excellent
office environment is open an modern
Benefits are more than acceptable

ConsMangement tends to keep their employees in silos.
Even though they say that employee retention is important, they don't consider employees as an asset.

Advice to Senior ManagementLet your employees move within different departments to get greater exposure to the entire division.
Try to retain employees. They are your most valuable asset. At least that is what you say during Town Hall meetings
