Pros

The company provide you lots of opportunities for your growth. And it has a very close community with employees. Most of the departments provide balanced work and life.

Cons

I'm not sure about the company development in China, cause the financial market in China is so different from others. But employees can still earn much from this company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

I believe the management team is doing its best in managing the company. Hope they can bring the company in China to a bright future.

    Pros

The people there know their business and are generally great to work with
The work environment is friendly in terms of the people but morale isn't fantastic
Flexible working arrangements in terms of start and finish times and being able to work from home if rerquired

    Cons

Management don't really have a grasp on what works well and what doesn't
Too much work is offshored resulting in issues with timezones and covering European hours
Too many re-organisations in too short a time result in a structure that nobody has a chance to get used to in the time before the next re-org
