Enjoyable place to work, but not a dream job

ProsGreat work environment
Good pay
Friendly team members
Great work life balance - almost never expected to work more than 40 hours a week

ConsInterview process is kind of horrible
Drug test has a lot of emphasis put on it (the people who did it for me made a mistake and they nearly had to push back my start date)
Sometimes inexperienced programmers

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
