Descent pay if you have the guts and energy to fight and scratch for it
Managers retarded.

Cons

Consistently have errors within data quality cheat sales people out of commissions
Change commission structure each quarter to make sure sales people take home less
competing business units and job roles
very very very low morale throughout entire company.

Please do not take everything your managers tell you as true, they are only protecting their job. See for yourself how frustrated your employees are.
