Pros

Reuters had some good products and Thomson has some. Need to get the best of both worlds out cleanly with a coherent strategy.

Cons

The Thomson side of the house didn't have a great reputation on the street, though there are some good products there. Things are too uncertain now.

    Pros

Interesting, cutting-edge products. Good work-life balance. Good health insurance.

    Cons

Limited career advancement/rotation opportunities. Employee pay lower than market. On a less serious note - it's a really long walk from the parking lot, especially in the winter.
