Pros

Great name. Great people. It's a good place to get started, but it's possible to get stuck there.

Cons

Very corporate. Some divisions are not as focused on innovation or improving the product. Expanding is more important than the customer in some areas.

    Pros

Pay scales nice and the brand looks nice on a resume

    Cons

Lack of direction in any aspect
    Lack of innovative ideas
    Lack of upward communication
Line level management paints a glorious masterpiece when its really a comic strip
Technology is largely out of date and has no appearance of getting better
Lots of fragmented jobs doing the same thing and highly inefficient

    Advice to Management

Stop having meetings to ask what's going on and show your face to the worker bees. Ask them for a real assessment of work.
