Pros

Opportunities to work on challenging projects especially in IT or information systems. If you're an IT professional, this is an exciting place to work, but watch out for layoffs.

Cons

Too much politics, no clear career path within the company. Too many layoffs. The people who move up are not necessarily those who do good work. Only those who "make it" seem to do whatever it takes to brown nose with upper management.

Advice to Management

Value your employees, don't just look at them as numbers. Realize that your employees are your best asset.

    Pros

    Great team oriented working environment
    Excellent knowledgeable colleagues

    Cons

Job Stability is causing lots of great talent to exit the company.

    Advice to Management

Stop reorganizing, stick with something and get people to work instead. We are bleeding talent and good ones are very hard to come by. Loosing talent to reorg and fear.
