    Biggest news organization in the world, great benefits for management, extreme reach for your work, good pay and holidays

    Cons

    Terrible/ossified upper management, no direction from HQ, sneaky and back-biting when they want to make personnel changes, dishonest in Asia

    Be honest, treat your employees like human beings and back them up with proper training if they ask for it.
