Senior Software Engineer (Current Employee)

ProsExcellent work environment with a lot of room for growth over time. Excellent benefits and starting vacation time. Company is continuing to strive through the down turning economy.

ConsHard work is noticed very quicky. However, it is rewarded very slowly. If your starting salary is not what you're looking for, it will takes you several years before you are where you want to be.

Advice to Senior ManagementLeadership is excellent, I just wish they offered better starting salaries to talented and proven high contributing employees. Hard work should not be taken for granted.
