Pros

Promote Based Upon Performance Only Employ Top Tier Employees Extremely Tight Team Very Aggressive Every Day is Different Management is not Industry-Focused but Growth-Focused Everyone is Given More Responsibility than is Justified Based Upon Experience Base

Cons

Not a Place for Non-Entrepreneurs Change Occurs at a Dramitic Pace (for those that are not Entreprenurial-Minded, this leads to Stress) High Profile Company with High Expectations of Team Members--you had better bring your "A Game" every day or you will not fir in with the culture People Love it Here or Hate it, nothing in between Fit Matters a Lot

Advice to Management

Make sure the employees are a good fit or don't hire them. Ensure that the benefits package is keeping up with company growth.

    Deceptive, cut throat work environment.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

An impressive roster of licensing partnerships.

    Cons

Sales employees must perform against unattainable goals in a fear based culture. Sales leader comes from outside industry. Clients complain about customer service, employee turn over and leadership that is out of touch with marketplace. Sales director was seen as a liability on meetings showing little regard for client time and challenges.

    Advice to Management

Need to build a climate of trust and respect. Need to set more realistic sales goals and reset commission structure according to market specific challenges. Need to hire senior management that values employees and offers direct, honest and unbiased feedback. Creating a less threatening culture will bring out better performances and inspire talent/employees to be more loyal.

    Pros

Young company, generally nice group of people. You get to work with high profile media buyers, very good medical package

    Cons

Low compensation, no commission, team goals almost unattainable. CSRs are deemed as disposable. You're often forced to pass up deals to managers without warrant.

    Advice to Management

Either create compensation package to encourage hard work or up base pay. Either pay CSRs like saleswomen or call it a customer service role.
