Pros

Company has a structure very close to a flat hierarchy.
Most people are really smart, and fun to work with.
Company is fairly keen towards keeping its employees happy.

Cons

Compensation is not at par with the best, considering the sort of talent they seek. They have their philosophy around why it should be that way, but the times have changed since the time of inception of this company and so should their philosophy or else they will continue to lose good talent to that bunch of upcoming smart companies who offer almost everything that TW offer, along with exciting challenge and good pay.
Another thing is that they seem to be stuck up in terms of the kind of projects they are taking. One might feel like a bit unused to their full potential.
Some of the big long going projects have a fairly large number of people who are mere cribbers, so that sort of negativity on the floor sometimes hurt your productivity or the satisfaction that you might have otherwise acquired from your work.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Since best talent doesn't come cheap, I think TW should try to improve in terms of compensation.
Recruitment process should be made more structured, and more emphasis should be paid to right attitude than aptitude. A person with wrong attitude hurts company far more than the latter, in the long run.
Bring variety to the kind of work you are taking up, not having enough expertise in some area is just a lame excuse for not staring up with something new. Take it up as a challenge and then excel it. Too much of cusioning of its employees by management is one reason why so many good people have become bit complacent.
As the company is growing in numbers, it is a big challenge to keep your culture intact, but unfortunately I don't see enough efforts being made in this direction. I am not trying to undermine whatever efforts you might already be making, it is just that I feel concerned that they are far from enough and future does not seem very bright that way.

    Pros

Very good work environment. Brain storming is the key to the most cleanly developed software here. Motto is Aptitude, Attitude and Creativity, which they follow at every step. Learn as while you work.

    Cons

Too many ideas from too many people often leads to long discussions.
