    Pros

The company is constantly self improving and making you learn. Lots of really bright people work and do their job and drive the technology. If you are not afraid to expose your leadership skills and if you're striving to learn more - that's the company for you.
The company is really attached to its pillars and to people.

    Cons

Some projects are better the others. Some engagements are longer than others. No bonuses. Nothing serious.
