    Pros

    - Pay is decent for uni student - Old bonus structure was good (new one just came in not so good) - Good Training - Nice building and location (St Vincent Street, Glasgow)

    Cons

    - No employee support for development - Seen people pushed out the door for being in hospital more than one night, having minor class disabilities such as ADHD (despite performing well), complaining about not being paid - Wages regularly messed up, bonus completely disappearing - a culture of gossip and TL's (not all) managing staff out the door together rather than helping them.

    Advice to Management

Now you have finished investing millions into the building and brand. Now actually take some time to look at how your sales employees are treated and how the TL's behave on a daily basis and treat members of staff. You have three behaviours seeded in your culture, have a look to see how badly your lower level management are not adhering to those behaviours.

    Pros

Very collegiate atmosphere; excellent ambition; and genuine efforts to improve the product and working culture offering

    Cons

The management team needs a refresh. The CEO is competent, ambitious, visionary and from all appearances an all around nice guy who is result oriented. Unfortunately, none of these attributes seem evident from any of his direct reports -- this is dangerous for a company that should be taking the next big step forward

    Advice to Management

Its time to bring in some new energy and new blood into the management team to replace some of the existing senior management team -- they seem tired and uninterested and in conflict with the positive culture that is developing at the company
