Fun place to work

ProsGreat people to work with, the park district works really hard at trying to educate the public about environmental issues.

ConsThey seem to find it hard to recognize talented people in seasonal positions. They make it very hard to move up. Lots of people just waiting in a seasonal position for their chance to make a difference.
