I have been working at Thrifty Foods full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

Opportunities to advance have never been greater with this company. The addition of more stores on the horizon makes this possible.

Cons

The amount of policies and procedures that the company has adopted since being acquired by Sobey's are a little over the top.

Be open to the new technology that is coming and available to more and more consumers, such as you are already doing with youtube videos and social media connections... but seek to do more, still!
