    Pros

Bonuses, laid back, pay incentives to learn more, helping people

    Cons

You teach internet marketing to people who paid thousands of dollars, sometimes more. They were scammed into it by someone else, you just teach.

    Pros

The Thrive corporate culture is good, with a strong professional orientation; the coaching they offer is solid and based on the latest business strategies and techniques.

    Cons

The pay is very low compared to the industry - in many cases half of normal. This causes massive turnover which impedes continuity - in fact many clients have to change coaches two or three times. This does fit in with the corporate strategy of viewing coaches as just customer service people who need no profound knowledge of the subject, since that should be delivered in the online learning course.

    Advice to Management

Bring the pay levels closer to industry standard
