“Thrivent sucks”
Former Employee – worked at Thrivent Financial full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – They pay brand new advisors with no experience a salary
Cons – They hire anyone they can get to say "yes" as a financial adviser. Company is literally filled with incompetent advisers.
Advice to Senior Management – Resign out of shame
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
