Recently intalled new system (SAP) which gives a great opportunity to increase skills and knowledge. Less politics. Company has large customer base. Balanced organization, does not have too many managements. Great infrastructure. Fast service. Does not overwhelm employees with work, evenly spread. Good flow in warehouse control system and delivery system.

Lacks in communication. Low in compensation. Low level of service in customer service.
