I worked at ThyssenKrupp

Pros

Job Security is probably good
Typical manufacturing work culture, not very stressful
Company has good facilities
Five day work week

Cons

Not many chances for advancement
Not very supportive management
Overall growth is very slow and limited
Even after 5 day week you will end up working 6 many times

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to have some good and skilled managers who will treat employees well
The canteen facility really sucks
Should be supportive to employees

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Firing people should be last resort. Maybe re-training or having better training practices are needed instead. Also update the training videos so that
