Not the best place to work for

ProsJob Security is probably good
Typical manufacturing work culture, not very stressful
Company has good facilities
Five day work week

ConsNot many chances for advancement
Not very supportive management
Overall growth is very slow and limited
Even after 5 day week you will end up working 6 many times

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to have some good and skilled managers who will treat employees well
The canteen facility really sucks
Should be supportive to employees

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
