I have been working at TicketNetwork full-time for more than a year

Pros

Casual uniform, free lunch program, challenging and interesting work, great colleges. The company is constantly moving forward, new management is improving work conditions even further

Cons

Pay is less than industry standard, insurance doesn't cover family members. Some managers lack experience and training. Company is willing to spend money on certain sometimes unnecessary things, but will be cheap when it comes to offering competitive salaries.

I have been working at TicketNetwork full-time

    Pros

TicketNetwork is a very good place to grow and develop. They are very interested in helping people learn about the industry and their role in the company. It is a great place for those entry level employees without a lot of experience to develop their skills and advance in the company. This can often translate to recieving a lot of responsibility and face time with senior management early in one's career.

Another great benefit to working at TicketNetwork is the people. TN attracts fun, creative, energetic people who are great to be around. I have been lucky to meet some really fantastic people at TicketNetwork.

    Cons

There are not a lot of concrete policies in place or if there are, then there isn't much agreement on what they are. This often leads to projects requiring the input from many, many people rather than just the key stakeholders. It can also result in objectives and goals being unclear, though management does seem to be addressing this problem.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to create policies, procedures, and clear lines of ownership over decision-making.
