Pros

You are working for a company owned by MLB. If you love sports and especially baseball, this is your dream job.

Cons

Upper management is clueless about the technical direction of the company. Big vacuum in leadership. Long hours and thankless job.

Advice to Management

Give the hard working employee some break. Also need clear vision and goal for the future flagship product instead of wavering on the commitment.

    Pros

    - nice coworkers - some departments have flexible schedule, decent work / life balance - new leadership / top management are fine, steering clear to the right direction - since most clients are sport and entertainment related, this can be interesting to you

    Cons

    - no training for employees - limited growth opportunities - the benefits are average, actually seems to get worst a bit more - they have some layoffs earlier during the bad economy, but now are stabilized
