Long term employees ie 30, 40 years being with same company
Great Atmosphere
working with other professionals

Cons – no employee development (reviewed on individual case)
left to work with no supervision at times
communication globally, can be better

Advice to Senior Management – Look after the bottom line and the bottom line will look after you.
