“Its a good company to work for if the manger is good.”
Current Employee – been working at Tiffany & Co.
Pros – benefits and brand recognition is good .
Cons – management is not always supportive and they would rather you search for clients the spend advertising dollars.
Advice to Senior Management – do away with the self management because it does not benefit the employee. there word does not count. maybe try peer reviews.
