Pros

As a business, it is a good company. The overall company goals are good. They donate significant amounts of money to various charities. They offer well made, quality products.

Cons

Retribution. If you address a concern with upper management then mid-level management will get you back! No clear direction from management. Management constantly works against one another.

Advice to Management

Stop the retribution! If you want people to develop themselves there should be follow up and coaching from the manager and or human resources.
