I have been working at Tiffany & Co. full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

There is great work/life balance and the benefits are fantastic.

    Cons

You have to really push for promotions because without a promotion, there are no raises. I was not promoted in the 5 years that I worked there, and consequently I never got a meaningful salary increase.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give business cards to non-manager level employees to show that you value them. It is downright embarrassing to attend events as a representative of Tiffany & Co and not have a business card to hand out.

I have been working at Tiffany & Co. full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great discount, rarely asked to work more than a 40 hr workweek.

    Cons

Very little ever changes, often tasked to "make dramatic changes to the process" with no resources, training or support staff.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Actually promote people with strong work ethic and great ideas and actually let peple go who are counter productive or who do virtually nothing.

    No opinion of CEO
